Why I brought my team to Xerocon 2016

I never wanted a team.

I’m an introvert .

I seek people out yet I get to my limit very quickly

But now I have created a team - I love them

I love how they:

protect & love my business to support my clients

I love how they :

see the vision I want to create - through the madness of my method - and roll with my ideas

and the brands I align with

Most of all I love how they :

embrace all that is my business

Xerocon can be an expensive exercise - there are the flights, the accom , the wages , the lack of CHARGEABLE time - but in the end the team bonding that occurs outpaces any training or professional development I could enrol in

The ability for the team to ‘see’ each other outside the office at Xerocon is a once in a year opportunity -

and one i would never miss
