Cash is KING - my journey to better cash flow 

So the recent Co Vid crisis has got me to thinking….

I have spent many days and hours speaking with clients and assisting them navigate the cash flow crisis that Covid brought to their businesses and lives.

A new normal and lots of new terms to understand .. ahem 'turnover' I am talking about you !

I realised that a lot of people do not understand enough about cashflow and how to measure and manage it.

Concepts that they should know they just haven’t had time to learn.

They have been busy managing their talent and selling their wares.

What we discovered on this journey was : most clients just don’t know where to start.

In times like these - money in the bank and food on the table become basic needs.

So I started to look at my business.

My books should be awesome, my cash flow should be balanced and my business ticking along. Well sort of……

I run a pretty tight ship BUT I realised that even I was guilty of not disciplining myself with my business money !

So I have to practice what I preach and start managing my cash flow better.

Here is where I am going to start ….. right here.

I am going to share with you my journey to great cash flow and hope that you might be able to take away some hints, tips and tricks to help you with your business.

A little disclaimer - I am not giving you financial advice - rather I am going to share with you my progress and what I am doing in the hope it helps YOU in your business.

I also am going to be brutally honest and open to share - I then DO NOT expect the trolls to come out ( honestly some people just have no idea of manners .)

So take this as it is and nothing more - I am not purporting to be an expert , rather a guide to find the right path for mutual success.
